We endeavour to take on 10% of direct applicants who apply through our website each year.
What is your recruitment process?
If your initial application is successful, you’ll be invited for an interview with the line manager. Depending on the role, there may be a second interview too. In each case, we’ll do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible.
What happens when my current project finishes?
If you’re site-based, we naturally expect you to be mobile, as we’ll be looking for you to work on projects that best suit your skills. Of course, these could be anywhere in the UK.
