Relevant degree subjects include Civil Engineering, Building/Construction Management, Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management and Architectural Engineering & Design Management.
Three years
You’ll receive hands-on practical training mixed with formal learning courses covering a wide range of professional and personal skills. A key aim of the programme is to help you gain chartered status as quickly as you can, and we’ll give you full support to achieve that. You’ll be working with experienced professionals, learning all aspects of your role. Make no mistake though, we’ll expect you to take real responsibility as early as possible – though of course, you will have full support every step of the way.
We take on graduates in September each year, and we need you have received your application by the end of April.

We’ll review your application to make sure it meets our criteria for the scheme. Then, if you are shortlisted, you’ll be invited for an assessment day.
There’s plenty to keep you busy! As well as a presentation about Taylor Woodrow, there’ll be verbal and numerical reasoning tests, interviews and the opportunity to have your questions answered.
