Graduate Forum

As a graduate at Taylor Woodrow, we value your opinions. After all, we want to make sure that our programme stays at the forefront of the industry, and we’ll only achieve that by listening to you, your views and your ideas.

Which is why, every three months, a group of graduates from across the business meet to talk through a wide range of issues concerning the scheme. Our goal, quite simply, is to ensure that the programme meets the individual needs of every graduate.

The forum also informs the organisation on issues that affect the business. For example, it has recently developed a five-point plan of action for the future, investigating Health & Safety and workforce education; carbon emissions; waste elimination; the image of the industry and off-site manufacturing
