Induction

A two-day induction process includes an introduction to the graduate programme, professional chartership routes, teambuilding activities and the graduate management development programme. There is also a presentation by the senior management team on the business including current activity and future business strategy. The Chartership awards dinner is combined with the evening of the graduate induction, giving new recruits the opportunity to network with existing graduates who have progressed through the scheme.
