Structured training and support as you study for a part-time degree and your professional qualification.

Our Trainee schemes gives you the opportunity to study for a professional qualification on a day release at a local college or block study at the Taylor Woodrow Academy in Coalville. At the same time you’ll work alongside a Quantity Surveyor or Construction Manager on a variety of different projects, gaining wide-ranging practical experience. There’s constant support and guidance from your mentor, and the whole programme has been designed to get your career off to a flying start.

Trainee quantity surveyors study on day-release, while trainee construction managers study for a HNC on block-release.

You will need (or be expecting to gain) GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths and at least 240 A/AS level points or equivalent.
