The initial letting was to Wilkinsons who has acquired a 2,044 sq m (22,000 sq ft) store.
Five of the remaining units within the main part of the scheme are let to other mainstream retailers:
- Bon Marche has acquired a store of 559 sq m (6,020 sq ft) at £50,000 per annum.
- Savers Health and Beauty has acquired a store comprising 281 sq m (3,029 sq ft) for £38,000 per annum.
