Edinburgh Royal Infirmimary
In partnership with the Bank of Scotland and Kilmartin Taylor Woodrow obtained planning permission refurbish the Royal Infirmary and develop the site approximately 20 acres to provide 4577 private apartments 110 affordable homes, 450,000 sq ft office spaces and 250,000 sq ft five star hotels and 80,000 sq ft retail/leisure.
