In partnership with Persimmon we are creating a truly integrated living and working environment. A mixed sue of development of a 2,500 home town centre and 250,000 sq m of commercial space. This is a sustainable development incorporating PPG3 standards extensive public transport provision, sustainable drainage and renewable energy targets.
