The Anderston Centre Glasgow
The strategic partnership with the Glasgow City Council to refurbish and redevelop the 1960’s mixed-use scheme in the heart of the Glasgow city Centre. Office space totalling 160,000 sq ft was refurbished and 175,000 sq ft of the new space has been completed and let. We have the outline planning consent for the balance of the estate and the selling consent for the phase of the development.
