The Gateway Lewisham London

Three acres in the heart of the Lewisham will be redeveloped to provide a comprehensive high density, mixed use in town centre development. This 156,000 sq ft retail extension to the town centre includes 1,000 residential units (35% affordable) bars, restaurants, cinema and hotel. It includes 54,000 sq ft office accommodation and Primary care Trust and Health Care. This is the Joint Venture with acme development. Anticipated completion date 2013.
