The team’s principal activity is to source new opportunities for integrated mixed use development projects in line with the Company’s core business. In addition to this, the team also has the following objectives:

• To manage & maximise the existing mixed use developments in the portfolio
• To manage the Group’s UK occupational property portfolio
• To act in an advisory capacity to our regions where schemes have a commercial component
