Supplier online platform FAQ's

The person that completed our original registration has left the organisation, how can we access our online account?

Please email SupplierOnlinePlatform@taylorwimpey.com giving details of, your company name, the original registrants details and the new details that need to be added

Can I get a new password for the Supplier Online Platform?

If you have mislaid the password previously issued, please use the "forgotten password" link on the login page.  These passwords are randomly generated by our system.  You can also change the password once you have logged in by clicking onto "your account" on your homepage and selecting your details.

Can I enter my payment details online?

No, for security reasons we do not ask for this information to be provided online.  If Taylor Wimpey wish to progress your account to approved status, you will be advised how your payment information is to be submitted.

What do you do with information I provide through the Supplier Online Platform?

The information you provide is included in our Supplier Database that is used by the whole of Taylor Wimpey in the UK.  The Supplier Database is linked to our ordering and payment systems.

Why should I register online and complete SOLVE?

Taylor Wimpey only use a restricted list of approved suppliers who have been assessed to ensure they meet our minimum criteria, part of this comes from the information you complete online.  Maintaining your own information online ensures the correct detail is available to the whole of Taylor Wimpey and eliminates problems that can occur through the re-entering of information.

Do I need to provide paper evidence to support the online questions?

Completing your information online removes the need to provide paper copies of information such as insurance, Health & Safety Documentation etc.  However, we do reserve the right to conduct random audits on some submissions.
