New Supplier
All potential suppliers to Taylor Woodrow must register on the Supplier Online Platform to provide Taylor Woodrow the necessary information regarding their capabilities.
Account Setup
To create an online account you must be:
the relevant commercial contact at your company.
authorised to enter information on behalf of your company.
Registration Process
You need to fully complete the company details section, which includes:
Address and contact information.
Construction Industry Scheme registration details (if applicable).
Workforce competency (Taylor Woodrow aims to only work suppliers with a fully competent and qualified workforce).
Relevant insurance details (to be updated through your online account when appropriate).
Vetting Process - SOLVE
SOLVE is Taylor Woodrow's Supplier Online Vetting Evaluation. All suppliers to Taylor Woodrow must complete SOLVE .
The SOLVE process has been carefully designed to ensure that the questions asked are relevant to the type of work you undertake and any associated risks involved.
Decision Making
Once you have completed SOLVE your details will be added to our supplier database.
Any decision to work with you will depend on your capability and on our resourcing requirements. Your account will remain unapproved until an opportunity arises. During this period, please ensure you maintain your company details.
Unapproved
As an Unapproved supplier to Taylor Woodrow you will not receive any orders for work.
Approval Process
Should you be considered for future opportunities your account may be promoted to Approved.
You will be notified of any changes in your status by email.
Approval Status
Once approved your account becomes available to Taylor Woodrow businesses to place orders.
This is no guarantee of work. Maintenance of company details is essential.
Preferred Status
To gain this status you will have established a successful partnership with Taylor Woodrow.
Performance Reporting Ongoing
Whilst working on Taylor Woodrow projects, you will be reported on periodically.
Once completed, the results of your performance report will be fed back to you through the Supplier Online Platform.
Taylor Woodrow will only work with the best performing suppliers.
