Training & Development
How you’ll build the skills you need to be a professional craftsperson.
As an apprentice, you’ll spend three or four years building the knowledge and skills you need as you study for NVQ III qualification. The programme combines on-the-job training with one or two days a week at college or block study at our academy in Leicestershire. We’ll constantly monitor your progress to make sure you’re doing well, and if you’ve any questions or problems along the way, there’s always someone to help with advice and guidance.
You can join us at any age, just as long as you’ve at least three GCSEs or equivalent.
